Beginner Intro to Hockey Classes

Is your child interested in trying hockey? Our Youth Intro to Hockey Class provides expert coaching for participants with little to no ice experience. They’ll learn essential skating skills, including how to fall and get up, how to get on and off the ice, and how to move around the surface.

We are running a special deal for new players joining receive their first class registration for 50% off of normal class fees (a $90 value).

If that isn't enough, you also have a 4-week trial period with the class. If after the first 4 weeks of class you aren't having fun, we will refund your registration upon the return of your provided rental equipment. 

This Curriculum was designed for players with no prior skating or hockey experience for players ages 4-17.

Class Objectives

  •  Safely Fall and get back up on the ice
  • Able to get on and off the ice without assistance
  •  Moving from point "A" to point "B" without relying on support 

Requirements for Class

 USA Hockey Member number- This number is required for insurance and waiver purposes and helps fund coaching education around the country. This number can be purchased Here.

Do I need to bring anything else?
For many players in the area, they are the only one of their friends outside of the rink who plays hockey. For anyone starting a new sport, doing so with a friend drastically improves the experience and encourages them to stick with whatever new activity they are trying.
