Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Pay
Starting at $13.50/hour.
General Description
The Rink Exchange is an ice arena that provides services to user groups and individuals who are looking for curricular activities on the ice. The position of Customer Service Representative (CSR) is ideally for someone who can provide excellent customer service while also fulfilling various cleaning and janitorial needs. Having computer skills, P.O.S. skills and sales skills is preferable.
Responsibilities
Principal duties include 1) working with customers and providing them with excellent customer service; 2) maintaining the snack and pro shop where food, hockey equipment and figure skating equipment is available for sale; 3) providing customers with a pleasant atmosphere in the lobby; 4) performing an array of cleaning duties.
This job is particularly rewarding if you love the sport of hockey, figure skating or simply just enjoy interacting with other people.
Prerequisites
Applicants must have a reliable way to get to and from work and must be able to show up to work on time consistently. Computer skills are preferred but not required. Having prior customer service experience is also preferred.
Is is suggested that applicants for the CSR position have fluency in the following applications: Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
Time Commitment
20-30 hours per week working 2-5 days per week. Flexible days and hours but generally late afternoon to late evening shifts on weekdays. Shifts start as early as 6AM on weekends. Closing shift on weekends ends as late as 12AM.
