PRIVATE ICE RENTAL FOR PARTIES, EVENTS AND GATHERINGS:

The Rink Exchange at Lane County Ice Arena is available to rent out space for private events including Birthday Parties, Receptions, Corporate Events or other Private Gatherings where ice skating will "make your day".  The entire sheet of ice is reserved for your use.  The cost is $265 per hour of usage.  Skate Rentals, catering or other food needs would be in addition to the ice rental fee.  Please call to discuss services and options.

GENERAL SCHEDULING AND BOOKING OF ICE - Process:

Please contact The Rink Exchange for scheduling information.  The main Ice Arena Schedule is maintained by The Rink Exchange. Rink Exchange staff will review the schedule and inform you of the dates and times that contain Open Ice. Once you have selected the date and time you wish to schedule the event, The Rink Exchange staff will book the ice and confirm the event date with you. 

Payment can be made directly to "The Rink Exchange" at the front counter at the Ice Arena. Cash, Check, Debit and Credit Cards are accepted. You will receive a paid statement or a receipt slip.  Please verify that your ice time has been booked by checking the weekly schedule.   

Be sure to let The Rink Exchange know if you will be needing to rent skates for your event, or if you will need any catering, snacks, or other related services.
