How long have you been playing hockey?
- I've been playing for one year now... Can't wait to start year two!
How did you get started?
- I got my start through Bill Hough, a fellow member of our rink community who also happens to be my neighbor. He convinced me to come out to a Hockey 101 class and I had so much fun that I signed up that afternoon for the next season!

- I got my start through Bill Hough, a fellow member of our rink community who also happens to be my neighbor. He convinced me to come out to a Hockey 101 class and I had so much fun that I signed up that afternoon for the next season!
Only one year of hockey experience?! You'd never know it watching Jason! After being introduced to the game by his neighbor, Jason has quickly become one of the best players in C-League while also captaining the Agrarian team during the Spring season.
What do you do with your time when you're NOT playing hockey?
- In my off-ice time, I scale logs for Columbia River Log Scaling and Grading Bureau, and I also help coach with my son's sports. We try to do as much outdoors type stuff as we can, like hunting, fishing, camping, and whatnot.
What do you do enjoy MOST about playing hockey at The Rink Exchange?
- What I enjoy most about hockey... Well, what's NOT to enjoy?! Probably the atmosphere and the new family I've found with those both working and playing at The Rink Exchange!
