Criminal history

We do not ask about criminal history on this application. Every position for applicants 18 and older requires a background check, which happens only after an interview and must be completed before you start work. We'll give you a separate notice and ask for your written permission first. A record does not automatically disqualify you.

Privacy and retention notice

We use the information you provide only to consider you for employment and to comply with the law. Access is limited to staff involved in hiring. We don't sell your information or share it outside the company, except with service providers who host our website and database, or where the law requires. We keep your application for 24 months after our final decision. After that, we keep only a short hiring record (your name, the position, dates, and our decision and reason) for 5 years, then delete it. E-records consent
