Everyone signs a waiver.
All skaters, and everyone using rental ice or locker rooms, must sign our waiver before skating. A parent or guardian signs for kids.
- How to sign: for programs and leagues, you’ll sign at registration. For parties and rentals, we’ll email your waiver after you book.

Photos at the rink
We love sharing what happens on our ice. Programs, events and public sessions may be photographed or filmed for The Rink Exchange’s website and social media.
- Programs: parents sign our media release at registration, and can opt out at any time.
- Opting out: tell staff, or email info@therinkexchange.com, and we’ll keep your child out of our posts and take down any we’ve shared.
- Locker rooms: no photos or video in locker rooms, ever.
- The USA Hockey media release covers USA Hockey only. It doesn’t cover the rink.
