Hockey Academy

Get better by playing.

Hockey Academy sessions are optional add-ons for players who want more ice time with a coach. Each one works on a skill inside game-like situations, so what players learn shows up in games.

Youth Hockey Academy

An optional weekly add-on for RBL-age players. Each season has one focus: skating in fall, shooting in winter, puck protection in spring. Kids practice skills inside game situations.

Season	Focus
Fall	Skating Academy: agility, balance and coordination (8U); technical skating and skating in games (10U/12U)
Winter	Shooting Academy: balance and coordination through shooting games (8U); finding targets and a quick release (10U/12U)
Spring	Puck Protection Academy: using your body to protect the puck (8U); new puck protection moves in game situations (10U/12U)
