Customer Service Representative (CSR)
What you’ll do
Help guests at the front desk, run the pro shop and snack counter, keep the lobby welcoming, and help with cleaning.
Hours
20–30 hours a week, 2–5 days a week. Mostly late afternoon to late evening on weekdays. Weekend shifts can start as early as 6:00 AM and end as late as midnight.
Pay
$15.55 an hour, Oregon’s standard minimum wage for Lane County.
Good to have
a reliable ride to work, customer service experience, computer/POS skills, Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook). Not required.
Ice Technician
What you’ll do
Drive the ice resurfacer, take care of the ice, sharpen skates, help with cleaning, answer phones and help customers.
Experience
none needed. We train you. General driving experience is a plus.
Age
must be 18 or older to operate the ice resurfacer.
Hours
full time (35 hrs/week) and part time (15–20 hrs/week). Most of our staff work part time, but both options are open. Mostly late afternoon to late evening on weekdays; weekend shifts from 6:00 AM to as late as midnight.
Pay
$15.55 an hour, Oregon’s standard minimum wage for Lane County.
Cafe Crew Member (Road Trip Cafe)
What you’ll do
Take orders at the counter, help make food and keep the cafe clean. A great first job, open to ages 14 and up.

Good to know
- Workers under 18: hours for workers under 18 follow Oregon youth employment rules.
- Working with youth programs: roles that work with youth programs need a background check and SafeSport training.
