Stick Time

Open ice, your stick and a puck. Stick Time is your time to work on your game, whether that's shooting, stickhandling or edges. There's no game, no coach and no drills, just ice.

We don't provide helmets or safety gear. Bring your own pucks. Goalies come in full pads.

Sessions run on the Big Sheet or the Mini Sheet (learn about our two sheets).
